The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the assembly and manufacture of products to a high standard. Working as part of an experienced team, your duties will include:

Assembly of components using hand tools and air tools
Following engineering drawings and work instructions
Quality checking finished products
Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Working to production targets while ensuring quality standards are metWhat We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Previous experience as a Production Operative, Assembly Operative, Manufacturing Operative or General Operative
Experience using hand tools and air tools in a manufacturing environment
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and reliability
