Position: Machine Operator
Salary: £12.71 - £14.24 per hour
Location: Great Gransden
Proactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Machine Operator to begin work for a leading manufacturing and production business based in Great Gransden.
Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to recruit at least one additional Machine Operator to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the site's function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work.
Machine Operator required to work for manufacturing company based in Great Gransden, immediate starts available for the right candidates.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Machine Setup: Calibrate, adjust settings, and prepare the machine at the start of a shift based on work orders and blueprints.
Operation: Feed raw materials into the machinery and monitor production runs for optimal efficiency.
Quality Control: Inspect finished goods or components to ensure they meet exact company tolerances and specifications.
Routine Maintenance: Clean, lubricate, and perform basic preventative maintenance on parts to prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshooting: Identify minor malfunctions and alert maintenance teams or perform basic repairs when necessary.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations (such as wearing personal protective equipment) and maintain a clean workspace.Additional Info:
Hours: 6am - 2pm (Monday - Friday)
