Are you an experienced Senior Production/Manufacturing professional looking for your next opportunity? If so I have a fantastic opportunity available with one of my Wiltshire based clients which maybe of interest to you:
Successful candidates will have:
• Previous Management experience in a manufacturing facility of a large team.
• Use of IT systems including MS Office and some type of MRP/Production Planning package. Ideally MS Nav or Dynamics
• Experience of coaching and mentoring staff.
• Positive mindset
• Strategic, with ability to create a plan for production going forward.
• Approachable, easy to work with.
• KPI Setting and Reporting
