Role: Production Manager - Print
Location: Corby
Salary: up to £29,950 - £34,000 DOE
Shifts: Monday - Friday, (Apply online only)
Our Corby-based client runs a high-quality heat transfer business. The UK operation was established in December 2019 - and now counts 20+ staff - with continued growth and expansion hence the requirement to add to their team.
This role will be pivotal to managing, understanding and driving the overall workflow of the site. You will have ownership of rostering and scheduling, stock ordering, reporting and ensuring that the site has everything needed to be efficient and fulfil client needs.
The candidate should be process driven and have an eye for detail as well as organisation skills. You will have proven leadership skills / experience and will be a natural leader who can confidently hire, coach and review staff.
To be successful in this role:
· You will be highly organised
· Have previous experience in the print industry
· Be able to foresee problems and divert them before they happen
· Be a natural leader
· Understand a factory workflow and be fluent in all aspects of screen printing from an operational and production standpoint
· Ability to connect and communicate effectively at all levels
