Excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join a growing manufacturing business, where you will lead production operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives and play a key role in shaping the future of the manufacturing function.

This expanding manufacturer supplies high-quality products to customers across a range of industries and is continuing to invest in its people, processes and production capabilities. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Production Manager to lead their manufacturing operation and support the next phase of the company's development.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of production across assembly, testing and packing operations, ensuring customer delivery requirements are met whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency and safety. You will lead and develop production teams, improve manufacturing processes and drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to support long-term business growth.

The Role:

Managing day-to-day production operations across assembly, testing and packing departments
Leading, mentoring and developing production teams to maximise performance
Driving Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the factory
Managing production planning to ensure customer delivery targets are achieved
£45,000 - £58,000 + Training & Development + Progression + Pension + Company BenefitsThe Person:

Previous experience as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Operations Manager
Background within electronics manufacturing or a similar technical manufacturing environment
Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies
Strong leadership skills with experience developing and motivating production teams
