Production Manager Eastleigh/Southampton | Up to £60,000 + 5% Bonus
A leading global engineering manufacturer is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join its Eastleigh/Southampton site in a newly created role, reporting directly to the Director of Production.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on production planning, capacity management and team performance. You'll lead a Production Team Leader and oversee a team of 10-20 skilled employees, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
The Role
Lead production planning and capacity management
Manage labour, budgets and production schedules
Coach and develop production teams
Drive continuous improvement across the shop floor
Work closely with Engineering and ProcurementAbout You
5+ years' Production Management experience
Strong leadership and people management skills
Manufacturing background (any industry)
Experience with production planning, capacity and budgetsUp to £60,000 + 5% bonus | Flexible hours | Early finish Fridays
