We are seeking a dynamic, disciplined individual with exceptional multitasking abilities and a strong track record in people management. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, and knowledge of systems improvement is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a proven team leader.
The Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that sales orders generated by the business are efficiently processed through our internal print and embroidery departments, and delivered to clients promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Assign internal job orders to production staff
* Manage the daily workflow of all production staff
* Purchase stock to ensure timely fulfillment of sales orders
* Collaborate closely with the Managing Director, Financial Director, graphic designers, and warehouse staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
* Participate in internal system improvements
