Production Manager
Location: Houghton Le Spring
Salary: up to £50,000 DOE
Hours: 39 hrs per week
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join an established business. Leading and assuming full responsibility of all employee and production requirements.
What you will be doing:
* Ensuring production is safe, cost-effective and on time meeting quality standards.
* Responsible for production schedules
* Manage and motivate the team
* Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
What you will bring to the team:
* 3 years+ experience in production management.
* Ability to draft, submit or assist comprehensive project plans and assist in the submission of quotations
* Able to read and interpret technical information and drawings
