Production Manager
Dudley, West Midlands £85,000 - £90,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension
We are recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to join a successful manufacturing business in the West Midlands.
The successful Production Manager will be responsible for driving operational performance across manufacturing and warehousing while leading continuous improvement initiatives and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Drive LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement programmes.
• Improve productivity, efficiency and operational performance.
• Implement and monitor KPIs.
• Develop SOPs and best practice processes.
• Maximise ERP system effectiveness.
• Lead production planning and workflow optimisation.
• Develop managers and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with Quality and Health & Safety standards.
Experience Required
• Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, Factory Manager or Plant Manager background.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• LEAN manufacturing knowledge.
• Continuous improvement expertise.
• ERP experience.
• Team leadership and development experience.
