Production Manager
Salary: £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to join a leading manufacturing business operating within a highly regulated, quality-focused environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, people-focused Production Manager who enjoys developing teams, driving operational performance and creating a culture of Continuous Improvement.
The business is looking for an inspirational leader who can engage, motivate and develop employees whilst delivering measurable improvements across productivity, quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and develop production teams, creating a positive, high-performing working environment.

Coach and mentor Team Leaders and Supervisors, supporting their development and progression.
*
Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives through Lean methodologies, structured problem-solving and operational excellence.
*
Improve manufacturing performance across productivity, quality, waste reduction and efficiency.
*
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork and employee engagement.
*
Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure operational objectives are achieved.
*
Maintain high standards of health, safety and quality compliance.
What We're Looking For:
*
Proven experience as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Operations Manager.
*
Ideally, experience within Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or similarly regulated manufacturing environments.
*
Strong people management skills, with a genuine passion for developing and supporting teams.
*
A solid understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen.
*
Demonstrable experience delivering measurable improvements across manufacturing operations.
*
An approachable, engaging leadership style with the ability to influence and motivate employees at all levels.
