We're looking to engage with seasoned Production Managers or Shift Managers that are seeking the chance to take advantage of an opportunity within an organisation that prides itself in developing their people to their full potential.

As the Production Manager you will be using your traits in leadership and LEAN to deliver high quality products, build teams, improve quality, and essentially improve operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* People Management - lead, motivate and build high performing teams
* Production - ensure plans are met safely and within SLAs
* Health and Safety - build a culture of behaviour based safety within the department
* Continuous Improvement - manage personal projects and raise awareness and standards across the business
As the Production Manager you will truly have the opportunity to make your mark within the industry as there will be plenty opportunities for ownership of projects that will result in a positive impact across the business.
Requirements?
For this role, we will be looking to speak with those that have demonstrated leadership experience within the food industry.
