gap personnel are currently recruiting for a Production Manager based in Cullompton.

You will be dynamic and passionate about all thing’s food production – we don’t really mind if you’re from a bakery, a brewery or a large food manufacturers, but a love for food and process is a must.
Key duties include:
Take full accountability of all aspects of the production facility
Keep ensuring products are consistently incredible by continuous improvement
Be audit ready, we are talking SALSA, BRC and anyone else that might pop their head around the door
Help to develop new products, get those ideas flowing because your vision and imagination is always considered
Be a forefront leader with your small team and hiring new faces
Management of all data to produce an accurate P&L
Raise awareness of this incredible brand
Working hours and pay rates:
£40,000 - £45,000 per year
Monday to Friday
