My client who are a globally recognised manufacturing business are seeking an experienced Production Manager. The role will be working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Role and Responsibilities –
In this role, you will look to directly led the manufacturing activities to ensure operations objectives are met in relation to HSE, Quality, Cost and Delivery.
Other responsibilities include:
Meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations for On Time Delivery and ensuring proficient production scheduling.
Developing and managing manufacturing processes to look to continuously improves the appropriate tools e.g. 6 Sigma, 5 Whys Etc..
Engagement and efficient communication to all levels of the business and making sure that team teams below are hitting KPIs.
Support project and others improvement activities throughout the business to achieve success.
Experience or Qualifications –
Proven leadership experience with a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment
Leader qualified (ILM Level 3)
Extensive record in hitting KPIS and exceed OTIF targets
Passionate about employee engagement and how to promote excellence from people working underneath your management structure
