What you will be doing as the Production Manager:
* Managing up to 15 staff
* Strong management skills are required to lead, motivate and train your team
* Managing staff holidays, sickness, 1-1’s etc.
* Working in a fast paced light production environment
* Develop and monitor production schedules
* Implement and optimise ERP/MRP systems to streamline processes
* Ensure compliance at all times
Person Specification
* You will have a strong background as a Production Manager within a manufacturing environment
* Ideally you will have experience with CNC’s and presses
* You will have strong ERP / MRP experience
* You will be a strong people manager
* You will be an excellent communicator
* You will be able to work in a fast paced production environment, offering process and procedure improvements
