Production Manager - Day Shift - Process / Manufacturing Environment
We are recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to oversee a large-scale, continuous process operation.
This is a key leadership role responsible for managing plant operations, people, and performance across a 24/7 environment. You will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production while driving continuous improvement and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage shift teams in a high-volume process environment
Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture
Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and productivity targets are met
Coordinate plant activities including maintenance, breakdown response, and inspections
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes
Manage and develop direct reports, including performance and training plans
Work cross-functionally with engineering and technical teams
About You
Proven leadership experience in a process or manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards
Experience managing teams in a 24/7 or shift-based operation
Engineering or technical background desirable
Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
