Are you a Production Manager experienced in engineering and manufacturing environments looking to join a specialist who creates world-recognised leading products for a variety of sectors?

The role involves managing a department within the company, leading, reviewing, coaching and training production staff. You will support production activities making sure timing, cost and quality are being met. Liaise with other department heads and senior personnel to ensure an improvement culture is at the forefront of what they do. No day will be the same with day-to-day variety and a fast-paced environment.

* Production Manager / Supervisor / Team Lead
* Managing, coaching, appraisal, developing, 1-2-1 reviews of the production team
* Support continuous improvement and department 5s initiatives.
