Role & Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of mechanical production staff to meet and exceed production targets and quality standards.
Plan and organise production schedules to optimise workflow and resource utilisation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality assurance procedures, and company policies.
Monitor and analyse production metrics, identifying areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues and implement enhancements.
Support training and development initiatives to enhance team skills and knowledge.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within mechanical production or manufacturing environments as a supervisor or manager leading a team.
Strong understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes, fabrication / tooling, and quality control standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
Demonstrable experience of implementing continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Manufacturing techniques.Code: INDENM
