Are you an experienced Production Manager looking for your next challenge?
We at Sky Personnel Ltd, are working with an established Fabrication company based near Aylesbury.
Due to continued growth and company development, they are seeking a Production Manager to drive Production forward.
Working within the Management team, the primary focus will be to lead the Production team, ensuring products are built and delivered within timescales, on budget and at the quality required.
As a Production Manager, duties will include:
* Overseeing the project – conception to delivery
* Planning and co-ordinating Production process
* Daily management of 15 members of staff
* Manage stock levels
* Creation and execution of Production schedules
* Procurement of equipment – on occasion
* Actively looking at reducing operational costs
* Implementation and control on policies and procedures
* Monitoring of staff productivity, Standard and QC
* Training, coaching and development of staff
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience as a Production Manager
* Worked with Aluminium and / or UVPC
* Must have a full UK Driving License
* Experience using LogiKal
* People Management experience
In return, the company are offering a Permanent contract, on a salary of between £35,000 – £40,000 per annum.
