This is a permanent opportunity . The salary is negotiable. Kenton Black Scientific is a recruitment partner to one of the leading environmental testing laboratory.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to running day to day activities within the sample reception production team
To liaise regularly with both Internal and External customers (including the Customer Services team), peers, subordinates and Line Managers on operational issues
Ensure that adequate amount of staff is present at all times in the team
Ensure all team members are performing duties to the specified quality
To assist with the implementation and management of changes to the team
Qualifications:
Previous experience in laboratory management , warehouse or production management.
Proven operational experience and team management
Proven project management skills and experience, lean production principles
Excellent communication and written skills
