We are currently recruiting Production Line Operatives to join a busy and well-established automotive manufacturing operation in Leamington Spa.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Line Operative, you'll play an important role in keeping the manufacturing process running smoothly. Your duties will include:
Working efficiently on a busy production line
Operating production machinery safely and effectively
Assembling and handling automotive components
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Identifying and reporting any defects or issues
Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environmentWhat We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are reliable, hardworking and keen to get stuck in.
You don't necessarily need previous manufacturing experience, as full training will be provided. Ideally, you'll have:
Previous production, manufacturing or automotive experience – advantageous but not essential
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Good attention to detail
The ability to work at pace while maintaining quality
Good attendance and timekeeping
A team-player attitude
