Job Description
As a Production Improvement Engineer, you will have a practical role in improving manufacturing performance. Working closely with the factory floor and management, you will identify issues affecting production, investigate their causes, and help drive improvement and corrective actions through to completion.
You will support the development and standardisation of manufacturing processes, maintain clear process documentation and Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs), and help ensure measuring and monitoring equipment is appropriately controlled and calibrated.
This role suits someone who enjoys understanding how processes work, asking constructive questions, solving problems, and turning opportunities for improvement into practical changes.
The position is based onsite five days per week and works within the local business unit.
Why Join NOV?
This is a hands-on improvement opportunity where you can combine continuous improvement and problem-solving capability with broader manufacturing responsibility. You will have the opportunity to influence production processes, efficiency, standardisation and corrective actions while working closely with production teams and management.

At NOV, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. We value diversity in all its forms and believe different perspectives strengthen our teams, drive innovation, and contribute to our success. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
