Description:
Are you ready to be part of a skilled team within a dynamic and growing company? Pertemps are recruiting Production Fitters to join an expanding team in Tipton.
As a Fitter, you will play a crucial role in assembling components and ensuring that all products meet high-quality standards.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Assemble mechanical components for products.
Install hydraulics and other mechanical systems.
Conduct in-line inspections during the assembly process.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience with mechanical hydraulics.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering.
Familiarity with air, electrical, and manual tools.
Forklift truck license (beneficial but not essential)
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
Friday: 07:30 – 12:30 (early finish)
£12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.50 per hour after a successful trial period
Monthly shop floor bonus available when production targets are achieved.
