Are you a Production Engineer or similar, looking for an exciting role in a company at a pivotal point of growth, who manufacturer high-precision filtration equipment for a number of big-name clients including blue-chip organisations like Balfour Beatty and BAE Systems?

Do you want to work in a role with a clear progression plan into a Production Manager role, where you will be able to eventually lead a team of Engineers at a brand-new production site, in a Monday to Friday role in a family run business, who have been supplying innovative filtration systems to big name companies for over a century?

On offer is the chance to become a key player in a small but growing family-run business, who are currently in the process of upgrading their production facility, who manufacture a variety of filter systems for industries including but not limited to the oil and gas, power generation, and pharmaceutical sectors.

In this role you will be operating and programming a variety of CNC machines including CNC Millers, CNC Turners, mill/turn centres, as well as sliding head machines. The machines consist of Star, Mazak, and Hurco machines, using Mazatrol and Fanuc controls. You will also be responsible for using CAD/CAM software throughout the Production process, predominately Fusion360 and Solidworks, as well as other general Production duties.

This role would suit a Production Engineer or similar, looking to join a family-run business with big plans for the future, in a role with scalable and achievable progression into a Production Manager role, where you will have the autonomy to grow and develop a Production team, in a Monday to Friday role.
