Location: Near Sandwich

This role is for a well-established but rapidly expanding technology manufacturer working on advanced electromechanical and control systems. With a strong pipeline of new projects and technology transfers, they are looking for an Electronics Production Engineer to optimize manufacturing efficiency, build robust test fixtures, and support products from final design through to series production.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and collaborating across design and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
The Role
As an Electronics Production Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing the manufacturing processes of complex electronic systems. You will work closely with the design team to ensure new product introductions (NPI) feature appropriate build documentation, test equipment, jigs, and fixtures to facilitate efficient production within time, quality, and cost constraints.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the standards, methods, and procedures
Draft detailed production plans
Build automated test procedures
Drive New Product Introduction and Design for Manufacture initiatives
Diagnose faults and perform root-cause analysis on production linesAbout You
Experience in a Manufacturing environment
prototyping, circuit building, soldering, PCB inspection.
Possess familiarity with Python for test
Understanding of Oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, and electronic loads.Interested?
