Production Coordinator

This company is currently going places and it's an exciting time for you to join to be part of their growing team with significant growth in previous years, they plan to continue this in 2024. Their order book is ever growing and have recently won some new work so are looking to expand the workforce not just in this role but across the business.

The managing director is a young and ambitious individual who has big plans for the company. You'll be based within a really modern and clean working environment with my client able to design and manufacture on site.

You'll be managing the production / material flow within a fast paced established manufacturing environment producing high value components which are primarily supplied into the motorsport and automotive industries. You will manage the scheduling and materials supply whilst liaising daily with various onsite teams to ensure production schedules are being kept to and targets are being achieved. You will be working within a small team of yourself and one other production planner so role comes with a lot of opportunity for personal development.

You'll need to have experience of planning within a manufacturing environment, ideally within engineering so you would have some technical understanding. Experience of using MS Project and MS Excel is required as well as being a good team player with excellent communication skills. Any automotive or motorsport manufacturing experience would be highly advantageous.
