Production Controller
Location: Ross-on-Wye
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000

An opportunity has opened for a Production Controller to join an engineering company based in Ross-on-Wye. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Production Controller or similar. Also, they are looking for someone that has experience of ISO 9001 or AS9100 implementation at a practical level.
The company hiring are a mid-sized team who supply to blue chip clients across the globe. They offer 25 days holiday plus bank holiday as well as some other excellent benefits.
What they’re looking for:
* An experienced Production Controller or Manager who is always happy to get stuck in on hands on tasks as well as management
* Experience with implementation of ISO 9001 or similar
* Excellent production and manufacturing skills and knowledge of continuous improvement
* Excellent documentation and communication skills
* A willing to help other departments where needed
* Aerospace or Automotive industry experience would be ideal
Production Controller Duties:
* Working with the Production and Manufacturing department, ensuring all processes are efficient and effective
* Implementing and developing quality standards, health and safety and risk assessments for clients
* Producing production plans including keeping to weekly schedules
* Helping out the team when needed on the factory floor
