We are currently partnering with a local manufacturing and precision engineering business in Poole who engineer a range of diverse and complex products and services.

Our client is looking for a Production Controller to work with the existing and well-established team.

Key responsibilities as Production Controller:

Involved with monitoring and controlling production operations within the business.
Generating detailed production requirements and planning schedules
Progress chasing
Liaise with a variety of other departments across the business.
Communicate effectively. 

Experience as Production Controller:

Demonstrable proven experience as a Production Controller within a manufacturing or engineering business previously
Great attention to detail
Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
An understanding of lean manufacturing processes
Production planning, capacity planning, progress chasing experience desirable
