Job Title: Production Control Assistant
Salary: £25,00-£28,000 + plus Bonus
Contract: Permanent, Fulltime

Role & Responsibilities
* Inputting and updating data in production Control system.
* Preparing sales orders book reports and other relevant documentation
* Assist with inventory enquiries and helping troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
* Generate reports that track production performance.
* Communicate clearly with production staff, supervisors, and managers with regular updates.
* Support with absences, covering other team members.
Experience:
* Experience with data entry and computer software.
* Familiarity with Excel for reports and spreadsheets, Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for presentations is an advantage.
* Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisation skills, keeping track of multiple tasks, deadlines, and production orders. Prioritization and time management are key!
Essential:
* Proficiency with computers and data entry is crucial for using production control systems and other software.
* familiarity with Microsoft Excel/word (especially for reporting data)
* Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
* Experience in a Production Environment.
* Experience in an administrative role.
