COMPENSATION:
* £25,000 - £25,000 per annum

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are searching for a professional with experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment who excels in technical customer interactions and can effectively address production-related queries. This role involves supporting the Operations Director and may evolve as the individual grows within the business.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
* Efficiently manage production and supply chain inquiries, providing effective solutions from order receipt to dispatch.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, guiding customers through solutions with clarity and patience.
* Develop and implement production policies and procedures.
* Delegate manufacturing tasks to ensure team meets production deadlines.
* Manage the efforts of manufacturing workers on the production floor.
* Communicate expectations to production workers and evaluate their performance.
* Educate team members on occupational health and safety practices, maintaining company policies and procedures.
* Establish priorities to optimize manufacturing team efficiency.
* Monitor manufacturing equipment and control points to ensure workflow efficiency.
* Address production issues as they arise.
EXPERIENCE:
Prior experience in product development within an FMCG setting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Excellent communication, presentation, and feedback skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills to create an environment of achievement and motivation.
* Flexibility in handling changing priorities.
* Proven ability to work under pressure and solve problems without compromising on deliverables.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 programs.
