Great opportunity for a Fashion graduate to join a leading fashion retailer who are seeking a Production Assistant to join there Buying and Merchandising team .
This role will be focused on providing administration support within our Buying and Merchandising department, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within Retail Head Office
Job Duties include
* Enter purchase orders on the system and amending Purchase orders for revision of delivery dates etc. on the system.
* Keep spreadsheet of purchase order values up to date for all main vendors.
* Issue confirmation of order placements to suppliers
* Communication and provision of supply chain visibility through verbal and written communication
* Management of relevant critical path stages ensuring the system is kept up to date.
Essential Skills:
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages in particular word and excel
* In addition you will be a good communicator and possess excellent organisation skills.
