Based in Sandwich, we have a great opportunity for an experienced individual to work as an Assembly and Production Operative for a long established local company.
The role will be varied and will require you to carry out metal finishing, ensuring that the finished metal product is clean and welds rubbed down. You will then take the product to the paint shop where you will load the paint line. You will also be required to work within the team to assemble the product using basic hand tools ready for dispatch.
You will need to have previous experience of working within a manufacturing and production environment and if you have metal finishing and assembly, that would be a major advantage. You will be able to use basic hand tools and follow simple instructions.
This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent.
The hours of work are 7.30am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
