Our client are a market leaders in digital telecare and Technology Enabled Care (TEC), their products and services combines specialist people in the UK’s most innovative TEC monitoring centre, with future-led, cloud hosted, digital technology.
 
They are looking for a Product support supervisor  to join them. This is a really exciting opportunity as you will be part of a growing company and the role will be a very rewarding opportunity due to being in volved in a couple which ensures assisted living people have a better quality of life.
 
The purpose of the Product Support Supervisor is to lead and manage technical product support helpdesk teams. Your primary focus is to align team efforts with achieving optimum closures on fault cases.

Responsibilities will include:

Scheduling, coordinating, directing, and mentoring team members to ensure swift and efficient service delivery.
You will collaborate closely with decision-makers and other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and optimise processes and systems—all aimed at enhancing the customer experience and driving team efficiency.
Oversee the dispatching of cases to ensure balanced workload distribution among support technicians.
Monitor and manage case loads to ensure timely resolution and adherences to SLAs.
Regularly review cases to ensure compliance with quality standards and best practises
Conduct quality assurance checks on case handling and customer interactions.
Identify areas for improvement in Technical Customer Service Support 
 
To be suitable for this role you will:

Proven experience working in a team leader/Supervisor role ideally working in a technical support role
You will have good experience helping support and mentor colleagues
