Are you a technical problem solver looking for a new opportunity with a growing technology business? Our client is looking for a Solutions and Product Support Engineer to support IP/IoT, electronic and software-based systems. Experience with fire alarms, Nurse Call, access control, BMS or similar systems would be advantageous, but attitude, problem-solving ability and willingness to learn are equally important.
Product Support Engineer
Permanent | £40,000 DOE | Monday–Thursday 9–5, Friday 9–4 | Wolverhampton
Job Description
Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
Troubleshoot electronic, IP and software-based systems remotely and on site.
Support product development, testing and implementation.
Provide customer training and technical guidance.
Produce technical documentation and resolve/escalate issues.
Essential Experience/Skills
Electrical/electronic or technical systems experience.
Understanding of IP/networked systems.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Experience with fire alarms, Nurse Call, access control, BMS or similar is desirable.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
