We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Product Support Administrator to join our dynamic team for a 12–15-month fixed term, covering maternity leave ????

You will report directly into the Technical Service Manager, with a friendly team by your side. As a Product Support Administrator, your main focus will be on accurate data entry. You'll be tasked with inputting contract and warranty details as well as machine movements in external software. Additionally, you'll handle monthly updates for service contract penetration and update/issue warranty invoices, credits, and accruals.

Effective communication is crucial in this role, particularly in following up with Branches monthly to gather necessary information. You'll also assist team members in meeting monthly targets, ensuring timely processing of hourly billed and fixed-price servicing.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, working to strict deadlines, and excellent communication for both internal and external parties.

Duties and responsibilities:

Third party software uploading of Service contract information and data validation.

Walk around Inspection Report – create and issue report to all branches, chasing updates to ensure all data is kept up to date.

Create and issue Warranty invoices and credits to distributers.

Create Invoice dispute report.

Maintain New sale service contract/warranty penetration reports/data.

Maintain Service Contract penetration report.

To assist the contracts team with all hourly billed contracts, ensuring up to date billing and data submitted is correct (Error checking).

To assist with updating and maintaining machine hours and contractual information in the ERP System at the end of every month.

To process invoice credits to customers when required.

To process 12 monthly machine inspections and raise certification when required.

Experience and Qualifications:

Experience of data entry and analysis

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Excellent attention to detail and process driven

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Good customer service skills

Tenacious, organised and able to prioritise

Previous experience in a similar role or sector – Desirable
