Role: Product Specialist
Location: Cambridge
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 3 days onsite
Offer: £30,000 - £32,000
We are working with a well-established technology business to recruit a Product Specialist to support its European market. You will engage with existing customers, promote additional products and services, and build relationships through a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact existing customers by phone and email to identify sales opportunities.
Promote camera products, upgrades and additional services.
Arrange demonstrations and trials, prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities.
Manage sales pipelines, maintain accurate CRM records and achieve sales targets.
Work closely with sales, customer support and technical teams.
The Ideal Candidate:
Fluent in written and spoken French.
Experience in a customer-facing role involving proactive phone and email contact.
Confident identifying customer needs and progressing sales opportunities.
Strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills.
Good IT skills, with CRM experience advantageous.
This role would suit a proactive, customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver value.
