Description:
First Achieve are are looking for a Product Sales Manager (PSM) to drive new business growth in a industry leading heating company through a structured outbound sales approach. This is a phone-led role with occasional face-to-face meetings, focused on winning new customers and converting first orders.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactive outbound calling to generate new business opportunities
* Working to a clear, structured daily call plan
* Winning new customers and securing first orders
* Building early-stage relationships with new accounts
* Occasional face-to-face meetings where required
* Maintaining accurate CRM records
* Supporting wider sales and marketing campaigns
What We're Looking For
* Strong outbound phone sales experience
* Comfortable working to activity and revenue targets
* New-business focused and commercially driven
* Organised with strong follow-up discipline
* CRM experience preferred
