Job Description
The Job holder will assess and respond to customers PEHS regulatory and sustainability related enquiries for specific regulations.
Support Product EHS Director in all sustainability related compliance activities and reporting initiatives including the annual sustainability report, global reporting index (GRI), EcoVadis and compliance with sustainability related regulations.
The job holder provides support to the PEHS functions for their requests related for incoming customer enquiries, new product introduction, commercial product extension and market extension.
Support and integrate with other PEHS Functions regards specific projects work – Product Stewardship, Product Defence, Chemicals Registration, Safety Data. Including development of PEHS Procedures

* Principle accountabilities
* To support the Product EHS Director in the preparation of the annual sustainability report, GRI reporting, EcoVadis submission obtaining information from across the business to include in sustainability reporting and submissions.
* To respond to all customer regulatory and sustainability enquiries relating to all products.
* Responsible for addressing issues escalated concerning Product Safety communication, classification and regulatory compliance. To carry out in depth impact analysis. To communicate impacts to relevant business departments and functions and recommend appropriate preventive or corrective actions.
* To develop and maintain product safety communications processes and procedures, in particular for Safety Data Sheets (incl extended) , Classification and Labelling, and commercial product introduction.
* Support first point of contact with all businesses commercial and product management departments to initiate processes for commercial product introduction, commercial product extension and market extension.
* Understand data entry in SAP EHS and equivalent product data system
* Performs other duties as may be assigned by Product EHS Director or PEHS leaders
* Participates in Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives set forth by the company and in company training programmes.
Knowledge and Experience
* Graduate Chemist, Scientist or Environmentalist (possibly with 1 year experience in industry)
* Sound knowledge of communications systems and other relevant IT
