Product Owner - Inside IR35

Product Owner - Agile - Large/multiple development team experience - Inside IR35.
 
My client has an immediate requirement for a contract Product Owner on a 6 month basis. This role will be inside IR35 and requires 1-2 days per month on client site.
 
In order to be considered for this position you will need experience of - 

Working with large and complex platforms.
Stakeholder management and prioritisation of competing requests based on business need and value
Leading large and/or multiple development teams
Working with remote-based team members
Delivering technology solutions using Agile methodologies (Scrum)
Experience with Azure Devops would be advantageous In this role you will - 

Provide direction to one or more product development teams, to enable delivery of customer focused functionality and technical requirements aligned to the product roadmap and delivery plan
Participate in discovery/scoping to understand end users, scope and outcomes, and collaborate with engineering leads and architects to identify options and agree solutions 
Translate business requirements into features and user stories with clear scope, value and purpose, and communicate to the development team(s)
Plan and prioritise the product backlog with the team, maintaining a focus on customer outcomes, balancing functional user stories with bug fixes, technical debt and maintenance activities
Lead backlog refinement, collaborating with Business Analysts and Engineers to ensure the development backlogs are refined and prioritised ahead of sprint planning, providing clarity and context throughout the process
Facilitate sprint planning with the development team(s), ensuring the sprint goal is agreed and understood
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to ensure expectations are managed and decisions, plans and progress are communicated. Please forward your CV for immediate consideration
