As a Barclays Product Owner, Azure Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Tenant, you will be accountable for managing the lifecycle of M365 Identity & Access Management, Azure Tenant and Content Services products. Your primary objective will be to design and implement products and services that support our colleagues to innovate, work with them effectively, and deliver in an agile way, through an evergreen and flexible ecosystem which constantly evolves to provide the required capabilities for Barclays.

What will you be doing?
• Ensuring the roadmaps for M365 IAM, Azure Tenant and M365 Content Services are defined and releases implemented
• Working with other product owners to implement Copilot and other Generative AI solutions within the tenant
• Defining and owning the integrated design to bring new products to production; comprehending the user experience, technology, operational and commercial benefits
• Being accountable for the technical product delivery and rollout, working with operational and change teams to ensure transition into services is seamless
• Assessing continually market capabilities to ensure Barclays is adopting the most relevant capabilities in the industry
• Creating and maintaining efficient relationships with your stakeholder network, ensuring your products are relevant and meet the required outcomes
• Engaging with vendors providing technical support, integration, deployment, or troubleshooting
• Leading the Evergreen change process for the product sets, working with stakeholders to ensure roadmap and changes to Microsoft’s M365 are introduced to the bank in safe way

What we’re looking for:
• Experience in architecting, designing and successfully implementing enterprise class M365 IAM Azure Tenant Management and M365 Content Services solutions
• An exceptional knowledge of; Microsoft M365 Suite, Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security Suite, Entra ID, Azure Tenant Management, AADC, MIM and license management 
• A solid grasp of the authentication, conditional access and federation processes (including MFA/2FA); enterprise scale directories, including Microsoft Active Directory
• Experience and knowledge of Privileged Identity and Role Management, including process design, security logging and monitoring implementation and compliance

Skills that will help you in the role:
• Experiences with enterprise scale SaaS integrations to Entra ID
• Awareness of data management concerns including data lifecycle, size, accuracy, security, redundancy, importance, and concurrency
• Experience and knowledge of Enterprise scale implementation of Microsoft collaboration services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and SharePoint Online
• A deep knowledge of Networking, both local and wide area, proxy/firewall configuration

Where will you be working?
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64 acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play. We have an onsite gym, as well as outdoor tennis, football and cricket areas, as well as onsite restaurant and coffee shops.
