Hybrid working in Sheffield
6-month rolling contract
£600 - £700 p/day, Inside IR35
We're seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead Operational Resilience initiatives across Service Chain Mapping, Scenario Testing, and Proactive Resilience workstreams within a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and prioritise the Operational Resilience backlog and roadmap across multiple resilience workstreams
Lead Service Chain Mapping, Scenario Testing, and Proactive Resilience initiatives
Drive resilience-by-design practices, scenario testing, and resilience automation across technology teams
Improve visibility of service dependencies, resilience risks, and critical business service impacts
Champion tooling enhancements, digital transformation, and process improvements
Deliver resilience metrics, governance, reporting, and management information
Engage senior stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Resilience, and Business functions
Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, impact tolerances, and risk appetiteRequirements:
Proven Product Owner experience within a large banking or highly regulated environment
Strong knowledge of Operational Resilience, Scenario Testing, or Service Chain Mapping
Agile delivery expertise with strong backlog and roadmap management skills
Understanding of service resilience, incident management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational risk
Experience driving tooling, automation, and process transformation initiatives
