Based in the vibrant city of Birmingham, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our company.
Role Overview:
As the MVHR Product Manager, you will be the backbone of our company, responsible for managing the technical aspects and sales strategies of our MVHR product line. You'll be at the forefront of promoting our innovative solutions to customers, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our products. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, market analysis, and exceptional communication skills to effectively manage and grow our MVHR business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and market penetration of MVHR products.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support related to MVHR systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to develop product positioning and messaging.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
* Create and deliver technical presentations, training programs, and product demonstrations for internal teams and external customers.
* Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, contractors, and end-users to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or technical certifications preferred.
* Proven experience in technical product management, preferably in the HVAC or building services industry.
* Strong understanding of MVHR systems, ventilation principles, and building regulations.
* Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets in a competitive market environment.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
* Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
* Based in or willing to relocate to Birmingham, UK.
