Product Manager

IMServ plays a critical role in the energy industry, providing expert meter data management technology and services that are core to the way the industry operates. It is our job to maintain and troubleshoot meter assets, collect, validate, cleanse and transform the energy data required by our customers for many vital processes and use cases.

Alongside IMTech, IMCreate - our innovation hub – works closely with our product and engineering teams to actively identify new ways that we can leverage data to drive more insight and value for our customers.

IMServ is looking for a Product Manager with energy domain and B2B software experience to own and drive forward the roadmap for software solutions we are actively developing for our service teams and our customers. You will be working closely with the rest of the Innovation team to ensure we are delivering strategic and differentiating solutions that our customers can get excited about, identifying ways to continuously add new value.

As a Product Manager, you will be at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, responsible for guiding conception, development, and implementation, collaborating to bring great products to market.

The responsibilities

* Strategic thinking and vision to drive product roadmaps aligned with strategy.

* Act as a product evangelist to promote the product’s vision and capabilities.

* Define and prioritise product requirements and development roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to bring new features and products to market.

* Work with Product owners to turn the product vision into execution, supporting development of user stories and acceptance criteria

* Monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch to iterate and improve the product continuously.

The person

* 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B software

* Product management experience in the energy utilities domain

* Experience in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and iterative delivery

* Ideally proficient in product marketing, go-to-market strategies, and positioning

* Strong communication skills to articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps

* Passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering exceptional user experiences
