Description:

Highly motivated and results-driven Product Manager required to join a dynamic team. 12 month Maternity Cover contract with potential options beyond that. Hybrid working options. 

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of portfolio products through strategic planning and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and Group Portfolio to bring innovative and high-quality products to market. This company supplies thousands of environment improvement products to professional and retail markets, in the UK, Europe and North America.

Up to £32K negotiable + great benefits and prospects. 

Product Manager Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement product strategy and roadmap in line with company goals and objectives.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and specifications for new or existing products.

- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including pricing, positioning, and promotion.

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and partners.

- Monitor product performance and use data to make informed decisions for product enhancements.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective product messaging and sales collateral.

- Train and educate the sales team on new products and updates.

- Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

- Oversee the product budget and ensure efficient and effective use of resources.

Product Manager Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role for at least 2 years.

- In-depth understanding of product development and management processes.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

- Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing products.

- Knowledge of the Pest Control industry is a plus.

- Confident understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.
