Description:

Product Manager from an HR SaaS background required to join dynamic and supportive company as part of ongoing growth plans. They require an experienced SaaS HR Product Manager to support the development and management of their software products.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Worked as a Product Manager with HR SaaS product management team – will consider other SaaS products similar to HR so Payroll, LMS, Recruitment, Performance, Employee Benefits & HCM.

* A passion for delivering innovative technology solutions to meet the evolving needs of HR professionals and organisations.

* A deep understanding of HR processes.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

* Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

* A deep understanding of product development and market trends.

What you will be doing:

* Product Analysis: Analyse existing products to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure they meet customer needs

* Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements, ensuring they align with the overall product strategy

* Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritising improvements and updates based on customer needs and the overall product strategy

* Stakeholder Management (cross functional teams) and Resource Allocation.

* Launch Planning & Post-Launch Reviews including Customer Feedback and improvements.

* Support Product Marketing efforts and go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Salary: To £60K plus 25 days holidays (+bank hols), birthday leave, Health Insurance, Life Assurance, Income Protection, Employee Assistance program, £250 WFH budget, buy and sell annual leave, regular social events.
