Role Summary: As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the performance of third-party storage and handling facilities. Your focus will be on maintaining the highest standards of product quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: You will oversee inspections of third-party facilities, ensuring optimal storage conditions and adherence to quality protocols. Managing stock allocation, coordinating with external logistics partners, and fostering relationships with facility personnel will be essential. You'll monitor product quality throughout the supply chain, analyse quality data, and implement quality control procedures. Additionally, you will assist with customer specifications, respond to internal stakeholder inquiries, and participate in strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Ensuring health, safety, and food hygiene standards are maintained will also be part of your responsibilities.

Experience & Skills: We seek candidates with prior experience as a Product Manager in fresh produce and a strong background in quality control. Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel, are required, along with a valid UK driving license. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities, strong initiative, and be self-motivated. Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are crucial, and experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
