The Product Lifecycle Engineer will manage product lifecycles by prioritizing proactive obsolescence management, production optimization, and change management. Conduct thorough assessments and implement project management strategies to enhance product performance and extend lifespan.
The Product Lifecycle Engineer will commit to peer reviewing new design projects to ensure robustness and reliability from the start. Rigorously evaluate components for durability and supervise design activities to achieve the highest standards of cost-effectiveness, quality, and robustness. Aim to deliver exceptional, sustainable products that meet and exceed industry and regulatory standards.
Essential Requirements of a Product Lifecycle Engineer
* Quality Assurance: Utilising FMEA processes. Enforcing best practices and design standards.
* Manufacturing / Production: A background in Production and Manufacturing is necessary.
* Electronics Engineering Exposure
Desirable Requirements of a Product Lifecycle Engineer
* Technical Degree or Higher (or equivalent) ideally in Electronics
* Team Leadership experience
* Project Management experience
