Salary: Competitive Salary plus Bonus, Car Allowance and Pension

Location: Cannock or London, with hybrid and flexible working

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Lead to join our team at Veolia. The Product Lead will work closely with our Salesforce system meaning experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is essential. The role would involve gathering requirements and working with agile methodology.

What will you be doing?

The Product Lead will be working on items within Salesforce to ensure systems are always fit for purpose.

Innovate and create new functionality, features and functions in a constant cycle of improvement with supporting benefits case realisation.

Lead a design thinking approach to all matters of development.

Ensure governance over design and development methods to keep inline with best practice guidelines.

Undertake business analysis responsibilities by gathering requirements.

Continuously improve professional capabilities, maintaining a high velocity individual programme of CPD.

Translating complex system offerings into tangible potential deliverables to the business with full impact considerations.

Minimise user burden, input requirements and cognitive load whilst maximising effective outputs.

What are we looking for?

A full appreciation of data, UX, performance, stability and accessibility of products.

Good appreciation of systems and data.

Dynamic and innovative approach to problem solving.

Jira experience.

Agile methodology knowledge.

Understanding of the Salesforce platform is highly beneficial.

Knowledge/experience of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

An individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide industry-leading customer service to all internal and external customers.
