Product Launch Manager EMENA Region | Site-based near london | Pharmaceutical Industry Are you an experienced product launch professional with a passion for bringing complex healthcare products to market?

We are partnering with a well-established international pharmaceutical organisation seeking a Product Launch Manager to take ownership of product launches across multiple markets in the EMENA region. This is a highly visible role operating at the centre of Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Medical and Finance functions, ensuring products are launched successfully, on time, and to bring medicines to market faster.

The Opportunity As Product Launch Manager, you will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches across a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical products. You will act as the central coordinator across multiple business functions, driving accountability, managing risks and ensuring key milestones are achieved.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working within complex international organisations, influencing stakeholders at all levels and delivering commercially important programmes without direct line management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product launch activities across multiple markets.
Develop and maintain detailed launch plans, timelines and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Medical and Commercial departments.
Identify and resolve launch risks, issues and dependencies.
Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure clear governance throughout the launch process.
Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior leadership.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen launch excellence and delivery performanceWhat We're Looking For
Significant experience in product launch, project management or programme management within pharmaceuticals, healthcare or a closely related regulated industry.
Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects within matrix organisations.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience managing competing priorities across multiple geographies and functions.
Commercially minded with excellent planning, organisation and communication skills.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP would be advantageous.
Scientific, engineering or life sciences background desirable. What's in it for You?
