The Company:
An amazing opportunity for a Product / Fashion Admin to join a forward-thinking team within a leading importer of fashion accessories. Would suit Graduate or someone ideally with some fashion retail experience. Hybrid options available
The Role:
Providing full administrative support to a busy design team.
Working to critical paths.
Communicate on a daily and weekly basis with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery as required.
Maintaining detailed files and records and organising of products for internal and external customers.
Liaising with internal departments including sales to ensure product details are accurate.
Develop relations to ensure continued growth of the company
Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
Skills Required:
Will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role. Ideally from a fashion/accessories supplier or retail head office.
Experience of working with stock processing and PO software.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
Fully computer literate.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail.
Keen interest in fashion accessories
