This full-time Product Development Manager role is centred on product development, brand management and commercial growth within the health and beauty sector. Working for a leading distribution centre supplying health and beauty products to retail, wholesale, pharmacy and e-commerce channels, the position focuses on driving innovation, managing brand partnerships and delivering successful product launches across a diverse product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage relationships with suppliers and brand partners to support long-term business growth.
* Analyse market, sales and competitor data to identify trends, customer needs and commercial opportunities.
* Lead and support new product development from concept through to launch.
* Oversee product lifecycles to maximise brand performance and profitability.
* Work collaboratively with sales, marketing and commercial teams to deliver category growth and business objectives.
* Contribute to strategic planning and the development of product categories within the health and beauty market.
* Monitor industry developments to ensure products remain competitive and aligned with consumer demand.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in product development, brand management, buying or category management.
* Knowledge of the health and beauty sector, with experience in FMCG or household products considered advantageous.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and commercial data.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* Commercially aware, highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
